Before you ask

Do I have to host with you?

No. We work with your host. Some problems need the host's help to fix completely, and we tell you when that is the case.

What do you need to get started?

The site address, what is wrong and since when, and admin or hosting access. Recent changes, like a plugin update or a new payment gateway, help us find the cause faster.

Can we pay per job instead of monthly?

Yes. Fixes and projects get a fixed price before we start. Care plans suit sites that change often or make money every day.

What if you can't fix it?

If we agreed a clear outcome and can't deliver it, we refund the part we couldn't deliver.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, reasonable commercial NDAs. Logins and client data stay confidential either way.

Do you work with agencies?

Yes, on WordPress and WooCommerce work behind the scenes. We never show your clients on our site without permission.
