Who we are
7Labs is an independent studio that builds for Commerce7 wineries and does WordPress and WooCommerce work. "We" and "us" mean 7Labs.
When you email us or book a call
We get what you send: your name, email address, message and anything you attach. Calls are booked through Calendly, which handles the booking under its own privacy policy. We use this to reply and to do the work you ask for.
It stays in our mailbox until you ask us to delete it, and no longer than 24 months after we last hear from you. Invoices are kept for as long as tax law requires.
The Commerce7 growth guide
If you ask for the guide, we collect your email address, your name if you give it, and your IP address. We use them to email you the guide and to stop abuse of the form. We keep a record of the request in this site's database and get a notification email, for the same period as above.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address, browser details and the pages you view. You can block it in your browser settings or with an extension, and the site works without it.
Delivery and security
Pages are delivered through Cloudflare and NitroPack, which process your IP address to serve pages quickly and to block attacks.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. If you are in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes too.
