WordPress · WooCommerce · Commerce7 help

Hey — I’m Dmitru. One person, 12+ years in WordPress: you message me, I fix it. No tiers. No script.

WordPress, WooCommerce, or Commerce7 problems? Work directly with the developer who fixes them.

Fast, practical help for broken checkouts, plugin conflicts, slow sites, integrations, and ongoing care — with clear English, honest timelines, and no ticket queue.

I also build 7Labs — Commerce7 apps for Zapier, Mailchimp, Meta, and product feeds. Use the tools yourself, or have me set them up for you. Explore 7Labs apps →

Need hands-on help, or a focused app?

The apps bring the right people in. The service layer makes sure the work actually gets shipped, configured, and supported.

I need help with my site

WordPress or WooCommerce broken, slow, insecure, or stuck between vendors? Work with me directly on fixes, builds, care plans, and urgent support.

I use Commerce7

Explore 7Labs apps for Zapier, Mailchimp, Meta, and product feeds — then book setup or customisation if you want it handled for you.

Apps that bring the right clients in

7Labs is my Commerce7 app ecosystem for wineries and DTC beverage teams: Zapier automation, Mailchimp sync, Meta measurement, and product feeds. Install yourself, or use the apps as the starting point for setup, customisation, and ongoing support.

  1. Find the app — match the product to your Commerce7 problem.
  2. Install or ask for setup — self-serve when simple, done-for-you when it matters.
  3. Customise the flow — webhooks, mapping, tests, and handoff notes.
  4. Keep it reliable — ongoing fixes and support when the stack changes.

Advanced Zap

Commerce7 → Zapier: triggers & write-backs across 6,000+ apps.

Advanced Mailchimp

Sync Commerce7 customers, orders, carts, and club data into Mailchimp.

1Pixel

Meta CAPI / signals for Commerce7 storefronts.

Advanced Product Feed

Product feeds for ads & channels.

Checkout broken, white screen, or store down? Jump to urgent help — I prioritise revenue-impacting issues.

Urgent support

Built for people who ship — not for ticket queues.

If one of these sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.

  • Your WooCommerce checkout or payments misbehaves and you can’t wait a sprint.
  • You fired the last agency or you’re tired of being handed to a “Level 1” who doesn’t know your site.
  • You need updates, backups, and someone who answers — without a $5k retainer.
  • Your Elementor / blocks / custom plugin stack needs a dev who won’t break production.
  • You sell in English and want the same clarity from your developer.
  • You’re OK with async (Telegram / email) but want real accountability.

One developer, two tracks

Most days: WordPress & WooCommerce — fixes, builds, and care. I also design and ship 7Labs integrations for Commerce7 wineries (wine & craft DTC).

  • 12+ years in production WordPress — solo, accountable, no ticket roulette.
  • English-first updates — email, Telegram, or Calendly when we need a proper walkthrough.
  • EU-friendly hours (EET / CET); async works across timezones.
  • Credentials & access treated as confidential; reasonable commercial NDAs are fine.

Clear communication. Solid delivery. Long-term care.

A few things clients usually wanted before they found me: ownership, clarity, and someone who can connect the site, store, and app stack.

Timely and responsive

Small fixes often ship same-day or next; bigger work gets a clear window — not a mystery queue.

Business-first fixes

Your priorities drive the work: checkout, leads, uptime, automation, and the customer paths that affect revenue.

Apps plus implementation

7Labs apps solve repeatable Commerce7 problems; hands-on service covers setup, customisation, and edge cases.

Cost-efficient

No agency padding. Independent rates mean more of your budget goes into actual fixes.

Clear English

Direct updates — no jargon wall — so trade-offs stay clear from kickoff to launch.

After launch

Shipping isn’t goodbye. I stay around for incidents, updates, app changes, and “it broke on Friday” moments.

Expectations, in plain language

Not a contract — just how I usually run projects so you know what “fast” means.

Response time

Care plan clients: first human reply typically within 12–24 hours on business days (often faster).

Urgent / revenue down: triage same day when you mark it urgent and share access — I prioritise checkout, payments, and site offline.

Hours & timezone

I work EU-friendly hours (EET / CET). Async is fine — Telegram and email work great across timezones.

How we communicate

Email for paper trail, Telegram or WhatsApp for quick back-and-forth, Calendly when we need a proper walkthrough.

What “done” means

We agree scope before I bill big chunks. For retainers, unused hours can roll — see care plans.

Sites I work with every week

You don’t need to be “technical” — you need someone who knows these tools.

Recent kinds of wins (anonymised)

Real problem shapes — names and URLs removed.

Mix of WooCommerce / WordPress and Commerce7 stack work — the same hands as care plans and 7Labs integrations.

Commerce7 → ops automation

DTC beverage · US

Problem: Orders and club events needed to reach the rest of the stack without manual exports.

What I did: Wired real-time flows + validated payloads end-to-end.

Result: Fewer manual steps; team gets timely signals when customers buy or club status changes.

Woo checkout timeout

E‑commerce · EU

Problem: Intermittent payment failures on mobile; ~15% abandoned at pay.

What I did: Traced plugin + gateway conflict, patched flow, added logging.

Result: Stable checkout; client saw fewer support tickets within a week.

Admin crawling after migration

Brochure + blog · US

Problem: Slow wp-admin and 6s TTFB after a host move.

What I did: Object cache, query clean-up, image pipeline, PHP version.

Result: Admin usable again; LCP improved on key templates.

Malware + blacklist

Lead-gen site · UK

Problem: Google safe-browsing warning; injected scripts in theme.

What I did: Clean files, harden permissions, restore from clean backup, resubmit.

Result: Warning cleared; monitoring + care plan to stay clean.

Get started in three easy steps

1

Connect

Email, Telegram, WhatsApp, or book a call — whatever fits.

URLs, screenshots, and hosting access speed things up.

2

Discuss

We align on scope, risks, budget, and what “done” looks like.

Bigger jobs get a written estimate before work starts.

3

Sit back

I implement, test, and hand back with clear notes.

Then iterate — or roll into a care plan.

What I actually do

Grouped so you can scan — WordPress-first, with Commerce7 & 7Labs called out where relevant.

Custom themes, blocks, integrations, clean handovers — 12+ years in production.

WordPress bug fixes

Theme/plugin conflicts, PHP errors, white screens — tracked down systematically.

Fixed project prices

Scoped work with transparent pricing — no surprise invoices mid-flight.

SiteSeal (WordPress)

Visual trust signals for WordPress — performance and security feedback you can show visitors. Product page →

Stores & commerce

WooCommerce & Shopify dev

Checkout, subscriptions, flows, and performance under real traffic.

eCommerce support

WooCommerce, EDD, MarketPress — stores that aren’t brochure sites.

Dead links & SEO hygiene

Broken links, redirects, basics that affect UX and search.

Commerce7 & 7Labs

Commerce7 integrations

Installs, webhooks, Zapier/Mailchimp/Meta/feed setups, and troubleshooting for wineries on Commerce7 — including apps I ship under 7Labs.

7Labs app onboarding

Done-for-you setup for Advanced Zap, Mailchimp, Meta signals, and product feeds — mapping, testing, and clear handoff notes included.

Custom Commerce7 development

Bespoke storefront work: custom APIs, JavaScript, theme adjustments, and one-off automations when off-the-shelf apps aren't enough.

White-glove Commerce7

Hands-on support for launches, replatforms, and peak seasons — coordinated rollouts across 7Labs apps, webhooks, and your POS/ERP or marketing stack.

Speed, hosting & security

Speed optimisation

Core Web Vitals, caching, images, DB bloat — measured before/after.

Fast WordPress hosting

WordPress-tuned stacks; migration included when we go this route.

Malware & security

Clean-up, hardening, and follow-up so repeat breaches are unlikely.

Care & support

WordPress support

Ongoing help from someone who knows your stack — not a random agent.

WordPress maintenance

Scheduled or on-demand updates, backups, and proactive fixes.

Emergency support

Priority for critical issues; money-back on agreed scope if we can’t fix it.

Not listed?

If it touches WordPress, ask — custom stacks and retainers are fine.

Project vs retainer

Pick what matches how often you need a developer.

One-off / project Monthly care
Best for Migrations, new features, audits, “fix this bug” Updates, monitoring, small tasks, peace of mind
Billing Fixed quote after scope, or hourly $50–150 Monthly subscription — see plans
Response Quoted per job; urgent jobs jump the queue when agreed Included response windows per tier
Commerce7 & 7Labs Scoped work — integrations, custom development, white-glove launches — quoted per milestone or timebox. WordPress care covers your WP properties; Commerce7 / 7Labs stack work is usually scoped separately (by agreement).
Unused time N/A Often rolls forward on higher tiers (by agreement)

Commerce7-only or multi-app rollouts: see 7Labs for Commerce7 — still happy to scope as a project.

Maintenance plans

Realistic tiers for solo & small-team sites. Prices are indicative — WooCommerce checkout applies tax/shipping per your store rules.

Projects & hourly

How I price — and how full the calendar is — in one place.

Projects. Most work is fixed after scope — you get a number before I start.

Hourly. Ad-hoc work typically falls in $50–150/h depending on urgency and complexity.

Care plans. Monthly subscriptions above — best when you want predictable access without negotiating every ticket.

Sales tax / invoicing: handled per your location and my registration — ask when we scope.

Site down, payments broken, or white screen?

Mark it urgent in the subject line and include your URL + what “broken” means for customers.

I can’t guarantee instant fixes sight-unseen — but revenue-impacting issues go to the front of the queue when you’re a client or have agreed surge rates.

What helps me help you faster

You don’t need all of this on day one — but the more we have, the fewer round-trips.

  1. Site URL and whether the issue is public or only in wp-admin.
  2. Hosting login or SFTP (or invite me as collaborator) — many bugs need server visibility.
  3. Recent changes — plugin update, new payment gateway, migration, etc.
  4. Staging if you have it; if not, we can create one on supported hosts.
  5. Backup snapshot or confirm your host’s backup window before risky changes.
  6. Goal in one sentence — “checkout throws 500 on mobile” or “Commerce7 orders need to reach Mailchimp” beats “it’s weird.”

Common questions

What kind of response time can I expect?

For unscheduled small tasks (under an hour), I typically complete them on the same or next day. Tasks taking a few hours are usually done within 2–3 days, while a full day’s work typically takes a week or two. Care plan clients get windowed responses per tier.

Do I need regular maintenance?

If your WordPress site generates income, maintenance matters. Downtime and breaches usually cost more than a sensible care plan.

Can I pay monthly?

Yes — care plans are subscription-based. Project work can also be split by milestone when we agree upfront.

Money-back — when does it apply?

For emergency / scoped fixes, if we agree a clear outcome and I can’t deliver that outcome after good-faith effort and access, I refund the agreed portion. Retainers cover access and proactive work — not unlimited outcomes.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes for reasonable commercial NDAs. I treat client data and credentials as confidential by default.

Do you white-label for agencies?

Selectively — if you need a reliable WordPress/Woo partner behind the scenes, ask. I don’t advertise your clients on my site without permission.

How long have you been offering maintenance?

12+ years of WordPress maintenance — long-term client relationships and public reviews.

What about Commerce7 and 7Labs — is that the same as WordPress support?

Not exactly. WordPress care plans cover your WordPress/Woo site. Commerce7 wineries run a different stack; I help with integrations, webhooks, and the 7Labs apps I build (Zapier, Mailchimp, Meta, product feeds). See Commerce7 integrations or the 7Labs hub.

Do I have to host with you?

No. I work with your host; some issues need hosting cooperation for full resolution.

Do I have to pay monthly?

No. Engage as needed and pay for time spent. Many clients still like a light monthly check-in.

Do you have a support team?

You work with me directly — no ticket roulette.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer, cards, PayPal; retainers often go on direct debit or PayPal. Cryptocurrency is possible when agreed during scope.

Ready to get your site or commerce stack handled?

Book a call or send the issue. We’ll talk through the problem, the stack, and the fastest path: fix, app setup, custom work, or care plan.

I read every message myself. No hand-offs, no “we’ll get back to you in 3–5 business days.”
